Delivery & Returns 

Toppers will not be posted until we have either received a message (name) to go on the topper, or confirmation that one isn't required (i.e. you want it left blank).

Personalised/Perishable goods CAN NOT be returned for a refund under the Distance Selling Regulations once they have been shipped, so if you want to cancel you need to contact me before 2pm.

In the event of an item not arriving we have to wait for 15 days to officially class the item as lost before we can sort a resolution for you.  This is Royal Mail policy and we have to abide by that.  Therefore, if you need an item within that time frame we strongly recommend you use Express Delivery which is guaranteed next day delivery. Special delivery is the only guaranteed service but you need to check with me prior to ordering that this can be done.

In the event of non delivery and if time allows a replacement will be posted out.  Or after the 15 days a refund will be processed. 

ITEMS THAT ARRIVE AFTER THE PARTY (due to Royal Mail) WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
